We’re proud to announce the completion of our fully in-house designed, machined, and built 50,000 Nm Nutcracker – a specialised high-torque tool engineered for removing the large retaining nuts found on major earthmoving hydraulic cylinders.

This heavy-duty Nutcracker is built to support the needs of big earthmoving operations, including Excavators, Bulldozers, and Loaders, and is capable of handling cylinder rods up to 6 metres long and 150 mm in diameter.

The entire project was developed here at GV Hydraulink, showcasing our capability to design and manufacture advanced hydraulic service equipment from the ground up.

With this new tool, we are positioned to attract and support more earthmoving customers, particularly those operating major brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Kobelco, Hitachi, Case, Hyundai, Kubota, Sany, and businesses involved in excavator repairs and earthmoving maintenance.

This achievement opens new opportunities for GV Hydraulink and further demonstrates our commitment to innovation and high-level hydraulic engineering.
